CTJ LOCAL MISSIONS

Sunday November 21st 2021 – Sunday December 19th 2021

Providing some basic necessities is one way as a Church community can love on our neighbour (Matt 22:37-39). Often the most maligned communities can be overlooked, during this lockdown period where we’ve stuck at home we don’t really see what’s happening in the community! The thing about Jesus’ ministry is that no one was ever overlooked.

We have been in contact with Mission Australia and they run a SHS program (Specialist Homeless Program). One area they need donations in is some basic necessities they give in packs. The Local Missions Team aims to collect donations to provide basic necessities to those who are experiencing homelessness.

These necessities include:
• Toothpaste
• Toothbrushes
• Shampoo
• Conditioner
• Pads
• Soap
